観光客へのおもてなしを一緒に考え、今すぐ使える実践的なサポートを提供します。

Please join us in helping make Hida a welcoming base for gluten-free travellers. We work with local businesses and community members to explore practical ways to welcome visitors and provide support that can be used immediately.

1. 実践的な情報共有
Practical knowledge sharing

英語圏のグルテンフリー旅行者を安心して迎えるために、すでに安全に提供できている料理や対応方法を一緒に確認し、シンプルで分かりやすい英語での伝え方をご紹介します。

飛騨市内の事業者さまについては、時期や状況に応じて、短時間の訪問サポートを行うことがあります。
近隣市町村への訪問についても、内容に応じてご相談いただけます。

To help you welcome gluten-free travellers from English-speaking countries with confidence, we work together to identify dishes and practices you can already offer safely, and share simple ways to explain them in English. For businesses in Hida City, short support visits may be possible depending on timing and availability. Visits to neighbouring cities and towns can also be discussed case by case.
2. プログラム共有・リソース提供

お店やカフェで自由にご紹介・共有いただけるよう、季節ごとの飛騨グルテンフリープログラムと
**グルテンフリー翻訳カード（1枚）**を、無料でご提供します。

また、Ideas Lab期間中に作成・更新される
**オンライン・コミュニティマップ（飛騨グルテンフリーマップ）**へのリンクもご案内します。

お客様へのご案内や、店内での情報共有にご活用ください。

We provide free seasonal Hida gluten-free programs and a complimentary gluten-free translation card for you to share with customers. You will also receive a link to the online community map (Hida Gluten-Free Map), which is created and updated during the Ideas Lab. These resources can be shared directly with visitors or displayed in your space.
3. プロジェクトへの参加・掲載Joining the project

飛騨グルテンフリーフレンドリー・アイデアラボは、認証や安全性の保証を行う制度ではありません。

Ideas Lab期間中、以下のような形でご参加いただけます。

  • カフェやレストランをオンライン・コミュニティマップに追加

  • 月ごとのプログラムや関連資料でのご紹介

  • 無料のウォーク、ワークショップ、交流イベント、ソーシャルミールへの参加

  • 英語圏のお客様向けウェルカムカードや簡易ガイドの共有

The Hida Gluten-Free Friendly Ideas Lab is not a certification scheme and does not provide guarantees. During the Ideas Lab period, you can participate by: Adding your café or restaurant to the online community map / Being introduced in seasonal programs and related materials/ Joining free walks, workshops, social events and shared meals/ Sharing welcome cards and simple guides for English-speaking guests
4. プログラムへの自主参加

deas Lab期間中、事業者さまや地域の方が、無料のウォーク、ワークショップ、体験、ミニイベントなどをプログラムの一部として開催することも歓迎しています。

内容は小規模・試験的なもので構いません。ご希望があれば、Ideas Labチームが内容整理や告知をお手伝いします。

During the Ideas Lab, businesses and community members are welcome to host their own free walk, workshop, experience or small activity as part of the program. Activities can be simple and experimental. If helpful, the Ideas Lab team can support light coordination or promotion.
